ClockRite Version 4.0.334 Onwards

From version 4.0.334 you will see some significant changes in your ClockRite software

1. Upon opening the software you will now see a banner across the top of the software showing your current support status with us.

2.The Icons have been updated to a new style to make things easier to locate but everything is still in the same place. This icons also now also show labels.

3. The Icon labels can be toggled on and off by selecting FILE then ticking or unticking the TOOLBAR LABELS option. You will need to restart the software for the change to take affect.

4. In the Employee screen there is a new field for a badge number. In most cases where employees use keyfobs or proxy cards this number will be the same as their ClockRite ID number. If an employee loses their fob/card and is issued a new one with a different number this is where you can set the new number. (Please see the full guide for this here)

5. If you download or upload data to your clocking terminal via a USB pendrive this next step is mandatory otherwise you will not be able to perform the clock operations.

Depending on your clock model you will need to select if the clock has a black & white display or a colour display.  To do this, clock CLOCK OPS (1), then SETUP(2)  and then in the display select the screen type for your model (3).  Examples are shown below.

The S200 Utility has also been updated

1. Employees who are on hold are now automatically deleted from the Clocking Machine when you perform an upload so you no long need to do this manually (requires network connection).

2. The Buttons have been updated to match the new style. 

3. Only the USB option relevant to your model of clock is now selectable in the S200 Utility.
