How to Update Your Support Status

  • From software version 4.0.334 you can see the status of your system support either at the top of the software 

  • or by Clicking Help then System Information


Entering a New Licence Code

Once your software support has expired you will no longer be prompted to enter a licence code when when opening the software. Instead you can follow the below instructions to enter your licence code.

**Please only do this if you have already paid for the support renewal**

1. Make sure you have your licence code provided by ClockRite, If you don't have this you can obtain one by emailing ClockRite at support@clockrite.co.uk with your company name, licence and registration number. (Get these by going to Help then About ClockRite). 

2. Click Help then Licence Software.

If you don't have the Licence Software option you may need to update your software to the latest version first. 

3. Click Yes on the popup.

4. Enter the Licence code you have been provided and click ok.

Your Support status should now have been updated to show you are in support.
