ADMS - Sync Biometrics Bewteen Devices

Open the ADMS Web portal (You will have your own IP and log in details)  The screen should look similar to this

When you first log in you will see a list of your devices.  This will show the devices both ONLINE and OFFLINE

Next, select the DATA menu option, then EMPLOYEE

The default view is for 50 employees per page.  If you have more, select the relevant size, 100, 150, 200

This screen also the number of Fingerprints registered against the employee

Next select the employee(s) who you wish to synchronise to another device.  (You can select all by ticking the top box

Now clock on the OPERATION FOR SELECTED, then select TRANSFER EMPLOYEE TO THE DEVICE

Select the clock you wish to transfer the data to (note - you can only transfer to 1 device at time)

This process can take up to 5 minutes.

The actual time depends on a) how many profiles are being transferred  b) how good the signal strength is at the remote devices (if using a 3g signal)
