If you see the following messages or similar.

This is due to the Anti Virus (AVG/Norton/Kaspersk) program on your PC deleting some of the Clockrite software.

You can fix this by going to the settings on the Anti Virus and restoring "S200Comms.exe" and also possibly "ClockRite.exe" if it is in there.

Once this is done you will need to add c:\clockrite to your Anti Virus exclusions.

If you are still having problems with this it may be worth contacting your IT support or the the person responsible for your AntiVirus software.
