Access Control 2.4 - Deleting a SINGLE fingerprint

THIS GUIDE IS ONLY FOR CUSTOMER WHO USE ACCESS CONTROL VERSION 2.x

1.  Identify which employees have fingerprints enrolled

Go to USER MANANGEMENT, then click on FP ENROLL.  In here you will see a list of your employees and the number of fingerprints they have enrolled.

Once you know which person you need to remove the biometric for close the FP Enroll windows.

Highlight the employee whos fingerprint(s) you wish to remove

In the right hand panel select the clock you wish to remove it from.and click CONNECT DEVICE

                        NOTE if you only have one clock you still need to select it.  If you have multiple clocks you will need to remove it from each clock.

Once connected the words " CONNECT DEVICE" will change to DISCONNECT

The settings should look like the image below

Click on Enroll with device, the click ENROLL

You will now see a window showing all fingerprints that have been enrolled

To delete the fingerprint TRIPLE click on the selected fingerprint.  You will then see a box asking you to confirm.

Once that is done the fingerprint will be removed from the device.

Exit the screens and save where prompted.

You can follow the same procedure for any other fingerprints for this employee.

Finally you will need to disconnect the device
