Attendance Register Not Displaying Reports

If you cannot get the Attendance Register to show this can be down to a couple of factors

1.  The software cannot connect to the clock.  Try a normal clock download to see if any error messages are shown.  If so please reboot the clock and check any cables.

2.  There may be an error in the employee names.  Please see this article - Error With Names

3. We may need to log onto your system and check the configuration files.  If this is the case please send us a email support@clockrite.co.uk
