Antivirus software can sometimes remove key components of our software.  If you get message boxes similar to these;

you may need to contact your IT support to have any Clockrite components removed from the Antivirus vault. 

When opening your download utility to download data from the clock, then close it again, your AntiVirus may prompt you again. If it does this, please click on more options right at the bottom and allow the program.
