Job Clockings have not been calculated...(when running a report)

To resolve this particular issue, you will need to amend a file in your Database folder.

First you will need to identify where your ClockRite Database is located - In most cases it will be c:\clockrite\database.
To check this, open ClockRite andgo to FILE > FILE LOCATIONS.

You should see 4 boxes, the one called "Database Location" is what we need to identify and make a note of.

On your keyboard press the Windows symbol and the letter E together. A new window will open.

In the new window that has opened navigate to the location you noted above.
(e.g. c:\clockrite\database or \\your_server_name\clockrite\database or \\192.168.1.244\clockrite\database)

In here look for files called JobStatus.mif

Open this file in NOTEPAD.

Change the setting 
If it show #FALSE#  change it to #TRUE#.or
If it show #TRUE#  change it to #FALSE#.

Save this file and exit Notepad.

Once that is done, your ClockRite reports will run as normal again.
