There are three reasons for this error showing.
If your clocking terminal was stuck on the "working" screen.
After performing an update for your download utility, very infrequently, this error will prompt multiple times when trying to send names to the clock. If you send names again, it should not do this a second time.
If the wrong type of clock has been set in you ClockRite software
To resolve this, click on CLOCK OPERATIONS, then CLOCK/MODEM SETUP and select the correct type of clock
C100 (Proximity) and C230 (Outdoor) should be set to Black & White
All other clocks should be set to Colour
The IP address is an incorrect format on the software
Meaning you may have typed 2 full stops straight after each other. Simply go to clock/modem settings and change the IP address.
