How to view / open an old archive file

To view "Archived" data is very simple.

Click FILE, then OPEN ARCHIVE

The you can then run reports etc. 

**IMPORTANT**
When you are finished you need to return to the main database.
To do this click FILE, then RETURN TO CURRENT DATA.
