New Employees - Common Errors

New employees should NEVER be added directly to the clocking terminal.  

New employees should ALWAYS be added to the ClockRite software then sent to the clocking terminal.

When creating employees, you must add a First name AND Surname.

Madonna, Beyonce, Messi, Ronaldo are not acceptable names.

Madonne Ciccone, Beyonce Knowles Carter, Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo are the accepted formats.
