Clockrite ID Numbers
The Clockrite ID number is a unique number assigned to each employee when their record is created in the software database. Once assigned it should NOT be changed. Your first employee is given reference 101, the second reference 102 and so on. Clockrite ID numbers should never reused, so if an employee leaves for example, their reference number is not reassigned to the next new record you create.
