C250 - How to Set F5 In / F6 Out Keys

If you would like add custom In/Out keys to the C250 clocking terminal please follow these instructions

Log into the clocking terminal menus using the ADMIN CARD and select the SYSTEM icon

Then select KEYBOARD icon

The screen should look similar to the image below. Select the F5 key and press OK

In the next screen scroll right until you see FUNCTION - STATUS KEY

Set the NO to 0

And in the name field set this to IN. (to access the ALPHA keys press the * key)

The key combination for In is I - 4 then 5, lower case n us 6 then 1

The key combination for Out is O - 6/5 u - 8/1 t - 8/0

The when compete you should see this

On the main screen the employees can then press F5 to Clock In or F6 to Clock Out
