Setting Bell Ringing Times - C400KF

You will need to be at the clocking terminal and have the Admin Card with you 

 and a list of the times you wish the external bell to ring.

Press the Menu button, then swipe the Admin card when the padlock symbol displays.

Select PERSONLIZE

Select Bell Schedules, then New Bell Schedule

In the next screen you can enable or disable bell, set the bell ringing time and set the days of the week for the bell to ring.

If you have an external 12v bell connected the Bell Type MUST be set to either EXTERNAL BELL or INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL BELL

Internal bell delay specifies the duration of the ring.  Ideally this should be around 5 seconds.

Once you have assigned the desired parameters simply escape out of the screen to save. You can then set up additional bell ringing times if need be.
