How To Identify Where Clockrite Is Backing Up To

If you only have Clockrite installed to 1 PC it is important to set a backup location that is NOT C:\Clockrite\Backup  This means that if this PC dies, then all of the Clockrite data may be lost.  This article on backups explains what you need to change the backup location to a shared location or USB drive.

To check the backup locations simply click FILE then FILE LOCATIONS 

Ideally the "Backup File Locations" should point to somewhere other than C:\Clockrite\Backup

This location could be a server, a USB memory stick, a NAS drive or different PC.
