Missing Clockings (Reload Clockings)

If you go into the ClockRite software and notice that there are missing clocking there are a number of things you can do to correct this.

Reload Clocking files

Clocking files contain information for the period of time since the device was last cleared. This process is completed automatically after each download via a network connection, if downloading via USB this is completed manually at the device.

In this example the file "Jan 28 2022 S 0.dat" contains all clocking's since Nov 24 2021 which is when the previous download completed.

IMPORTANT - If you see a file called "Timepro.csv" this will be your latest date. You will need to reload this file before reloading any others


1. To reload files Click on the 'Clock Ops' icon on the top toolbar.

2. Then click on the 'View File' icon (White page with magnifying glass).

3. select the file you wish to reload, then click on the 'Reload' icon.


Complete a Download

If the clocking's you are missing come after your most recent clocking file then you may need to complete a download.
