Allocation of Lieu Time

Not all businesses choose to pay overtime, instead they may allow employees to take any accumulated hours as paid time off work.  For instance an employee may work an additional hour today then be allowed to leave an hour early tomorrow.  This agreement is normally refereed to as time off in lieu or banked hours.
