Terminal Locking/Working

If you find that you clocking terminal is stuck on a " Working" screen after you tried to download data then first course of action is to turn the unit off then back on again.

If you try a download again and the same thing happens AND you are running Windows 10 then you will need to run this upgrade,

Download this file to your PC  Win 10 SDK Update

Download password = 1234

Extract the contents of the zip file ( To unzip the entire folder, right-click (or press and hold) it, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.)

Then navigate to the extracted files and run SETUP32.BAT and SETUP64.BAT

If you are having problems you will need to contact you IT Department  as these need to run as an Administrator account.
