Uneven Clockings

Uneven clockings will show in the ClockRite software for a number of reasons.

1. On the current day if an employee has clocked "In" the software will show "Uneven Clockings" as the end of the day has not yet been reached and the employee has not yet clocked out.  Once the employee clocks and the data downloaded from the clock the message will change to "OK"

2. On a previous day you will see "Uneven Clockings" if the employee has clocked "In" but not "Out" or has clocked "Out" but has not clocked "In". To rectify this simply insert the missing clocking and press the blue calculate icon.

3.  On a previous day you will see "Uneven Clockings" if the employee has clocked "In" then "Out" then back "In" again. To rectify this simply delete the incorrect clocking and press the blue calculate icon.
