ADMS - Clock showing offline - icons on screen are green

If your Clockrite C300 terminal is showing OFFLINE in the ADMS software but the terminal icons G and I are green (as shown below)

This indicates that there is a problem with the ADMS software.

Restart the ADMS service on your server or dedicated PC.

Sometimes a reboot of the PC is required.
