ADMS - Clock showing offline - icons on screen are grey

If your Clockrite C300 terminal is showing OFFLINE in the ADMS software and the terminal icons G and I are grey (as shown below)

This indicates that there is a problem with one of the following

1. There is no mobile signal - Try moving the clock to a position where you know there is a good mobile signal

2. The sim card has no credit - Check with the simcard provider that there is credit on the card, if not top it up.
