Access Control 2.4 - Adding A Clocking Terminal

1. Open the Access Control Software

2. Click Device Management icon

3. Clock Add

4. Set Communication Type to "Ethernet", Input correct IP address (default is shown), Port will be 4370 (this should not need to be changed), Communication Key can be left blank, Device Name is what ever you decide to call the terminal.

5. Click "Connect" to test these settings and OK to save and exit this screen.

6. If you cannot connect to the device you will see the message below

If this happens, you will need to check the IP address and ensure that the cable is plugged into both the clock and the network.

7. When you close this next screen you will see the device appear in the device list.

If you wish to add additional terminals, simply follow the steps above.  Each clock requires its own unique IP address.
