Employee Can Clock, But No Data In The Software

This issue occurs when the a new employee has been added directly to the clocking terminal.

New employees should ALWAYS be added in the Clockrite software first.  Then the names/info can be sent to the clock.

To rectify this issue, you will need to log into the clocking terminal menu. You will need the ADMIN card

Press M/OK or M button, go to the User Manage icon, then the Manage icon.

Identify the new employee (you will see that this person will have a different ID number to other employees)

Make a note of this number (or numbers if it relates to several staff).

Go to the Clockrite software. Click on the Employee icon (single man , top toolbar), then click NEW (white icon at the bottom) and type in the ID number you made a note of.

If the number is less than 100, press YES on the next dialogue box

Ensure the Status is set to Current, type in the new employees name, shift group, overtime rule and group where applicable.
