Error -2147217864

This error indicates that there is data missing from mandatory fields in the software

Start by checking DAY RULES. (access this from Shift Setup)

Ensure that PAID ABSENCE HOURS has some data in it, even if it is 00:00

Also check that Pay Rate is not set to 0

Check the SHIFT GROUPS.  Night shift should always be the last shift.  Other shifts must be in chronological order.
