Fingerprints - ZMM

Adjusting the sensitivity of the fingerprint reader can help when staff have issues clocking in or out.  

To do this you will need the Admin card to access the menus. 

Press M/OK. Swipe the Admin Card in front of the reader.
Select “ System” and press M/OK
Select “ Fingerprint” and press M/OK again. 
Navigate to “FP Sensor Sensitivity” and adjust setting from Mid to LOW
Press M/OK to save the change.
Press Esc key several time to exit out if the menus.

Once this has been done, it is best practice to delete the fingerprint of the affected user(s) and re-register.
