How to manually find the MAC address - C100AC/C100/C240

You will need your ADMIN Card

Press the MENU button then swipe the ADMIN card to access the clock menus

Scroll down until you see SYS INFO and press OK

Scroll down and select DEV INFO and press OK

Scroll down and select VIEW MAC and press OK

In this screen you will see the MAC address for this device

Press ESC key a few times to exit out of the menus.
