C100AC - Setting The Bell Ringing Times

You will need your ADMIN Card

Press the MENU button then swipe the ADMIN card to access the clock menus

Select OPTIONS and press F4/OK

Select POWER MNG and press F4/OK

.Select SCHEDULED BELL and press F4/OK

Select the Day of the week you want the bell to ring and press F4/OK

In here you can set up to 12 scheduled bell ringing times on any one day

Select No. 1 (or a schedule that is not in use) and press F4/OK

You will then see a prompt asking you to confirm you want to set this schedule press F4/OK

Enter the time you want the bell to ring. (Over type 23:59 unless you want it to ring at that time) and press F4/OK

Press ESC and it will now show schedule No 1 is set

**IMPORTANT - YOU MUST PRESS ESC AGAIN AND PRESS F4/OK TO SAVE THIS SETTING**

You can repeat the steps above to create additional bell scedules.
