C400 - Setting The Bell Ringing Times

To set up scheduled bell times on the clocking terminal, please follow the instructions below.

Go to the clock and press the 'M/OK/return arrow' button and swipe the admin card to log in to the clock menus

Select PERSONALIZE

Select BELL SCHEDULE then NEW BELL SCHEDULE

In here you will see the following

BELL STATUS - Turn this ON

BELL TIME - This is the time that the bell will ring (eg 08:30)

REPEAT - This is the day or days you want the bell to ring, eg MON TUE WED

BELL TYPE - THIS MUST BE SET TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL BELL

RING TONE - Does not need to be changed

INTERNAL BELL DELAY - Specifies the duration that the internal bell rings (Default = 5 - Do Not Changed)

EXTERNAL BELL DELAY - Specifies the duration that the EXTERNAL bell rings (Default = 20 - CHANGE THIS TO 5)

Press ESC and the bell is now set.
