C200 / C250 - From 2020 - Setting Bell Ringing Times

To set up scheduled bell times on the clocking terminal, please follow the instructions below.

• Go to the clock and press the 'M/OK/return arrow' button and swipe the ADMIN card to log in to the clock menus
• Go to PERSONALIZE
• Select BELL SCHEDULE
• Select NEW BELL SCHEDULE
• When you first go int the screen the settings will be set to default values.
• Change these to suit your own requirements as shown below

**IMPORTANT - Ensure the BELL TYPE is set to Internal and External**

The last step is to ensure the correct relay is activated.

In the BELL SCHEDULE screen, select the OPTIONS

Change the External Bell Relay to NC2

Escape out of the menu screens and save if you are prompted to do so.
