If you are inputting sold hours on the Employee per Day basis, you can set TimePro Compact to automatically close jobs over a certain age. This is done during a clock download. If you use this method you should realise that the Work in Progress figure is not accurate, the facility is provided for those users who are not worried about an accurate figure and wish to reduce the amount of daily work involved with TimePro Compact.
