Changing the date or time (C400KF/Facial)

If you need to change the date or time in your Clockrite C400KF  terminal you will need the ADMIN card to log in.

At the clock, press the M/OK button

The screen will show a padlock

Swipe the Admin card to access the menus

Using the arrow keys select the System option and press M/OK.

Select the Date Time option.

Once in here you can change the date or time for your clocking terminal. Make sure that the following settings are also entered:

• 24-Hour Time is set to ON
• Date Format is set to DD/MM/YY
• Daylight Saving Time is set to ON
• Daylight Saving Mode is set to By week/day

Once done press M/OK to save the settings.
