C860 - Screen Replacement Instructions

PLEASE TAKE EXTRA CARE WHEN OPENING UP THIS UNIT - PLEASE MAKE SURE THE UNIT IS FULLY POWERED OFF

In order to replace the Screen Cover, you first need to open up the C860 D with the Key provided.

Once open, there are 2x screws that need removing with a Phillips screwdriver (see below).

After taking out the 2x screws in step 2, the unit will pull apart from the top. 

Now you can unscrew the LCD Screen from the front of the Clock (please take care with the screen as it is very fragile).

There are 2x clips holding the Screen Cover onto the front of the Clock - unclip and the Cover should come away from the Clock like a hinge.

Replace the old Screen Cover with the new one provided and re-build the Clock.
