C-250 - Delete All Users and re-upload
!!!THIS ARTICLE IS TO BE USED WITH CAUTION!!!
This process will delete ALL data from the device, so it is important that you have downloaded the latest data from your terminal
You will need the following
ClockRite Admin Card
A Blank USB with capacity of less than 16Gb

IMPORTANT - From the ClockRite software perform a download so that you have all of the clocking attendance data from the device.
STAGE 1 - Download Users
Plug the BLANK USB pen drive into the slot on the left hand side of the clock.
Press the M/OK button on the clock. A padlock will appear.
Swipe the Admin card to gain access to the menus.
Go to the DN/UPLOAD
Select U DISK DOWNLOAD and press M/OK
Select DOWNLOAD USER and press M/OK
You should see a message " Download Complete!" and press M/OK
Remove the USB pen drive
STAGE 2 - Delete the Users
Press the M/OK button on the clock. A padlock will appear.
Swipe the Admin card to gain access to the menus.
Go to SYSTEM and press M/OK
Go to DATA MNG and press M/OK
Select DELETE ALL and press M/OK
A prompt will show " ARE YOU SURE" press OK
A prompt will show " PLEASE RESTART" press OK
After a few seconds the clock will restart
STAGE 3 - Upload the Users
Press the M/OK and you should go straight into the menus
Go to the DN/UPLOAD
Select U DISK UPLOAD and press M/OK
Select UPLOAD USER and press M/OK
You should see a message " Upload Complete!" and press M/OK
The completes the process.
