C210 - 8 Data Management

You can download data from the C210 via a USB memory stick and upload the data into the ClockRite software.  You can also upload employee names via USB from the ClockRite software.

Press the M/OK button.

You will be presented with a padlock

Type 32767 press M/OK then 9999 in the password box

Select the Data Mgt. icon and press M/OK

Before you begin, ensure you have a USB memory stick connected to the USB port on the clock.

There 5 options that we use.  Clear Purview is NOT used.

DOWNLOAD ATTLOG - Will download a data file of attendance records to the USB stick

DOWNLOAD USER - USE WITH CAUTION - This should only be used to transfer employees and biometeric data to another device

UPLOAD USER - This is used to send names to the device from the Clockrite software. ( see here for more info )

DELETE ATTLOG - USE WITH CAUTION - This will delete ALL attendance data

DELETE ALL DATA - USE WITH CAUTION - This will delete ALL employee data and attendance records.
