C210 - 7 System Setting

Note: Changing setting may affect employee clockings and data transferred to the ClockRite software.

Press the M/OK button.

You will be presented with a padlock

Type 32767 press M/OK then 9999 in the password box

Select the SYSTEM icon and press M/OK

There is a further sub menu called SYSTEM.

The ClockRite settings should be as shown below

Pressing the ESC key will go back menu level.  Select Date/Time

This screen allows you to amend the Date and Time

Press ESC key will go back menu level.  Select  Auto Switch

When it comes the set times, the attendance machine will automatically switch its attendance state. The current attendance state is shown on the initial interface.

Note: The attendance status is downloaded together with attendance records. The attendance status does not affect attendance calculation, which is based on the preset shift time.

Press ▲/▼ to switch among the entry boxes. Enter the switch time using the numeric keypad and the switch name using the T9 input method. Press ◄/► to choose a state. After the setting is complete, press M/OK to save and go back to the previous interface. Press ESC to cancel the setting and go back to the previous interface.

Pressing the ESC key will go back menu level.  Select Update Firmware

NOTE:This option is only used in conjunction with a ClockRite engineer

Pressing the ESC key will go back menu level.  Select Bell

This option will allow the C210 to act as an alarm clock with an audible alarm triggering at a pre-determined time.

Pressing the ESC key will go back menu level.  Select Reset Opts

USE WITH EXTERME CAUTION - This will delete all of your settings, users and fingerprints.
