Unable to log in to the clock menus

If you cannot log into the clock terminal menus this is typically because the Master admin account has been deleted.

The way to identify this is on screen at the Clockrite terminal.  When you press the M/OK (Menu) button you will see "Admin Affirm 1" at the top left of the screen

If when you then swipe the Admin card you see this message

Then this confirms that the master admin user has been deleted.

To rectify this situation simply resend the names from the Clockrite software.  This will reinstate the master admin.

However if you do USB downloads, or your clock is not network connected, you will need to contact us for temporary admin login for the terminal.
