C200/C250 - Setting The Bell Ringing Times
To set up scheduled bell times on the clocking terminal, please follow the instructions below.
- Go to the clock and press the 'M/OK/return arrow' button and swipe the admin card to log in to the clock menus
- Go to the 'System' option
- Go to the 'Bell' option
- Select a time
- Set the HRS and MINS
- Ensure that STATE = ON
- Set the Days of the week you want the bell to ring on
- Set any other times you require
- Exit the menus.
In the example below the bell will ring once at 11:25 every Monday
In this example the bell is set to ring every working day at 08:30
