Access Control 2.4- Deleting a user from the terminal and Access control software

THIS GUIDE IS ONLY FOR CUSTOMER WHO USE ACCESS CONTROL VERSION 2.x

Delete the user  from the terminal(s)

• In Access Control go to FROM PC TO DEVICE
• Select, the users.
• Select the devices
• Hit delete.

This above process only deletes the user from the device.  To delete a user entirely from the access control software system, do this:

• Click on USER MANAGEMENT
• Select, the user
• Click the delete icon (looks like this   __  )
• Confirm record delete

The user has been deleted from both the terminal and access control software system
