Getting Started - 3.1 - C100AC

Installing your C100AC Clocking Terminal

You Will Need:

  • Your C100AC Clocking Terminal, backplate, covering bracket, power connector and supplied power pack
  • The 3 rawl plugs, 3 long screws1 security grub screws and security screwdriver that came inside the box with your C100 Clocking Terminal
  • The C100AC Ethernet Connector and an Ethernet cable, if you intend to connect the Clocking Terminal to your Local Area Network
  • A drill with an 8mm drill bit
  • A phillips head screwdriver

Using the backplate as a guide, drill 3 holes in the mounting wall at a height of approximately 1.3 meters and insert 3 rawl plugs, one in each hole. The cut out for the wiring is 32mm x 45mm

    Feed the power cable and Ethernet cable through the large hole in the backplate and then screw the backplate in place using 3 long screws     
   
You may also opt to use the rubber grommet which offers some dust protection

Mount the Clocking Terminal on the backplate

Secure the Clocking Terminal using the 1 grub screw on the underside of the terminal

Plug the power supply into the connector

Plug the Ethernet cable into the connector if you would like to connect it to your Local Area Network

Please use only the power supply provided. Third party power supplies may damage the Clocking Terminal

Finally, power the Clocking Terminal on
