Setting The Time/Date On The C400KF

You will need to be at the clocking terminal and have the Admin Card with you.

1. Press the Menu button, then swipe the Admin card.

2. Select System then select the Date / Time option

3. In here you can set the DATE, TIME, 24hr, DATE FORMAT & DLST

The Date Format should be set to DD/MM/YY
