Your Go2Clock System Setup Guide

Step 1: Activating your Go2Clock AccountOn signup you will receive an email from noreply@go2clock.com containing an activation link. Please click the link to activate your account. Once your account is setup we will share login details with you. |

Step 2: Creating your users within Go2ClockOnce you have received the email containing your login information you will be able to login to the platform and create your users. |

Step 3: Installing the Clocking TerminalThe Clocking Terminal can now be installed in a suitable location. Some models (such as our facial recognition system) should be installed at a specific height for most effective use. |

Step 4: Configuring Network SettingsIf you gave us your network details when purchasing the System everything should work straight out of the box, but it's easy to connect the System yourself if not. |

Step 4b: Connecting your clock to Go2ClockOnce your clock is connected to the internet you can link the clock to the Go2Clock platform by entering the server address on your clock. If your Clock was purchased with a cloud package this should have been done for you. |

Step 5: Sending Employee Details to the Clocking TerminalOnce the Clock is configured on your network you can upload the profiles created during Step 2.It's best to send all details to the Clock in one go, but you can re-send updated information whenever necessary. |

Step 6: Registering Employees at the Clocking TerminalWhen Employee profiles have been sent to the Clocking Terminal you can begin registering biometric information |
