Go2clock offers a variety of report types. This guide is designed to explain the features each report has to offer to allow you to pick the report that matches your requirements the best.
Basic Reports: Don't require shifts to be setup and assigned to employees in order to be calculated.
Standard Timesheet: Easy to understand report that requires no setup.
Report Features
Auto Break Deduction:Yes - This is set at the top of the report, the same auto break deduction is used for everyone on the report. This is deducted from the daily totals.
Overtime Calculations: Weekly Overtime - The weekly overtime target can be set when running the report, the target is the same for everyone on the report. This can only be seen when selecting a single employee on the left.
Ignore Clocked Breaks: Yes - This can be enabled at the top of the report, When enabled only the first and last clocking of the day will be displayed and used for calculations.
Roundings Clockings: Not Supported - Exact clocking time are always used on this report.
Max Clockings Per Day: 16 - There is an extended version of this report that can display upto 16 clockings. This can be selected by changing the report version.
Night Shifts: Limited Support - Nights shifts require the use of the 'v3_clock_states' version of the report. For this to work punch state must be enabled on your clocking device and some other functionality is removed.
Snap To Shift Start/Finish: Not Supported - Shift Pattern based reports are needed for this feature.

Report Features
Auto Break Deduction:Yes - This is set at the top of the report, the same auto break deduction is used for everyone on the report. You will see the breaks deducted from the report totals on the right as oppose to the daily totals.
Overtime Calculations: Not Supported - Overtime calculations aren't available on this report.
Ignore Clocked Breaks: Yes - Clocked breaks can be ignored by selecting the report version 'daily-ignore-breaks'. The first and last clocking of the day will then be displayed and used for calculations.
Roundings Clockings: Yes - Roundings can be set at the top of the report. Users can set the direction and the rounding minutes for in and out clockings independently.
Max Clockings Per Day: 4 - This timesheet supports a max clockings of 4 per day. If using the locations version the limit is 4 per location.
Night Shifts: Not Supported - Night shifts aren't supported on this report.
Snap To Shift Start/Finish: Not Supported - Shift Pattern based reports are needed for this feature.
Advanced Features:
Time Per Location - With the 'daily-detailed-locations' version of the report you can track time spent clocked in per location.
Hide Clocking - With the 'daily-totals' version of the report you can hide clockings and only show the daily hrs totals.
Shift Pattern Reports: Require shifts to be setup and assigned to employees to calculate correctly.
Legacy TimeSheet: Our most advanced report that is packed with features. Designed to be as flexible as possible to allow exporting hours in a suitable format.
Report Features
Auto Break Deduction: Yes - This is setup within the shift setting allowing different settings for each employee and different setting daily. Each shift can have upto 3 break deductions and they are each triggered based on how long the employee has worked for.
Overtime Calculations: Daily Overtime - Overtime is setup within the shift, Shifts can be enabled to assign all hours to standard, all hours to overtime or for hours to be split once the daily target is met.
Ignore Clocked Breaks: Yes - This can be enabled within the shift settings. All clockings are still displayed on the report but only the first and last are used for overtime calculations.
Roundings Clockings: Yes - Advanced rounding options can be setup within the shift.
Max Clockings Per Day: 8 - Up to 8 clockings made by an employee each day can be viewed from the report.
Night Shifts: Yes - Shifts need to be marked as night shifts. This allows clockings to be pulled from one day to the next.
Snap To Shift Start/Finish: Yes - Early clock in and late clock outs can be rounded back to the scheduled shift times.
Advanced Features:
Time Bands - This report supports 1 time band per shift. Hours worked within the time band are calculated at their own rate of pay and don't count towards basic or overtime hours.
Cash Adjustments - Shifts can have cash adjustments applied. Allowing for additional hours to be assigned to the payroll reports and ££'s to be added to the gross pay calculations.
Gross Pay Calculations - Gross pay can be calculated on the report.
Payroll Exports - Shifts can be assigned payroll rates and then the report can be approved for payroll for the hours to be exported in an ideal formal for sage.
Summarise Report - The report can be summarised hiding the rows for the days and only showing the totals at the bottom of the report.
