Connecting the C400/C600 Pro Facial Recognition Terminal to your Local Network

Connecting the clock to your network via a cable
You will need:
- Your Admin Card
- You may also need a valid IP Address for the Clocking Terminal, though our default IP (192.168.1.201) will work in most cases.
The symbol will show when the Clock is connected to a Network via Ethernet cable.
Connecting the clock to your network via WIFI
You will need:
- Your Admin Card
- The SSID (network name) and password of the WIFI network you'd like to connect to.
- You may also need a valid IP Address for the Clocking Terminal, though our default IP (192.168.1.201) will work in most cases.
The symbol will show when the Clock is connected to a Network via WIFI.
Changing the IP Address in the ClockRite Software
Once the Clocking Terminal has been connected it is important to make sure that the IP entered into the software matches the IP address assigned to the Clocking terminal.
1. Click on 'Clock ops' on the top Toolbar. This will open the 'Clock Setup' Screen.
2. Click on 'Setup' on the lower toolbar of the 'Clock Setup' screen. This will open the 'Clock Setup' screen.
3. Here you will see the default IP address for the Clocking Terminal. Change this to the desired IP address. You can also add a relevant Description by which to identify the terminal.
4. If you need to add another Clocking Terminal to the 'Clock Setup' screen, click 'New' on the lower toolbar.
If you have more than one Clocking Terminal to configure, ensure each has a unique IP Address.
